To the Editor:
We have had dogs running loose on Dogwood Street for over a year.
Calls to city officials have had no effect.
They have all the usual excuses, but I guess it will have to wait until one of these dogs gets rabies from a wild animal and then bites a child for our city folks to wring their hands and deplore the situation.
But I guess I should not care, since I have no small children.
