Nolanville is spending many thousands of dollars to beautify the downtown area. There are new sidewalks to the bus stop. However the only use so far has been for WCID #3 motor vehicles to use. Don’t know if that is the main use for the sidewalks or if pedestrians will eventually use them. If for both, who has the rightofway?
